We invite all Innsbrook property owners and their immediate families to show us the best of Innsbrook in our annual photo contest!
NEW THIS YEAR! Our contest has gone green… we’re saving trees and saving you dollars on photo-developing by conducting our contest online through Flickr, an online photo sharing service. Plus, this year we are also accepting video submissions.
We are offering four photo/video categories (entries per person, per category are not limited):
1) People & Families – (use code PF)
2) Great Outdoors – (use code GO)
3) Wildlife – (use code WL)
4) Community Events – (use code CE)
All photos/videos must have been taken here at Innsbrook. Photos/videos will be judged on creativity and artistic use of color, composition, balance, ability to be reproduced and adherence to the category theme.
DEADLINE: All entries must be uploaded by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2010.
All photos/videos become the property of the Innsbrook Corporation and may be used for publicity and marketing purposes.
Prizes will be awarded in the form of Innsbrook gift certificates.
You can add your photos/videos to the photo-sharing group on Flickr and enter images for others to view.
Submit Your Photos/Videos
Be sure to review the rules (listed below and online). Follow these guidelines if you are new to Flickr:
1. To submit your photos/videos to Flickr, visit www.flickr.com and log in using your Yahoo! ID. If you do not have a Yahoo account, you can sign up for free on the Flickr site. No purchase necessary. Just click here.
2. After you have created your Yahoo ID, sign in to Flickr and choose a screen name. You can also personalize your Flickr profile.
3. Upload your photo entries to your Flickr site. When uploading, YOU MUST add a description that contains the following:
Your name
Your lot number
Category code (see left)
Photo title
For example: Bob Smith, Lot 9999, WL, Bald Eagle Landing.
4. Once you have uploaded all your photos, go to the top of the Flickr page where you can click on “Group” then “Search for a Group.” Search for Innsbrook Photo Contest.
5. Click on “Join the pool.” Here you must “Agree” to the rules of the contest.
6. Once you agree to the rules, click to add to the group. Choose your selection and click “Add to group.”
7. The administrator of the contest must approve your photo before it will appear on the group page.
