There’s just something special about life at Innsbrook. It gets into your blood. Maybe it’s the peace, maybe it’s the quiet, but it’s most certainly the lakes and the draw of life on the water.

We’ve heard it from countless Innsbrook property owners -- as they enter the gates of Innsbrook, something physical starts to take place…. they start driving a little slower, their blood pressure drops and their muscles start to relax. They take the time to put down their electronic devices and really look at the world around them. In a word they stop to just relax.

It’s simple really. In a world that moves at a faster pace than ever before, we’re constantly bombarded with an overwhelming amount of phone calls, emails, and texts and a never ending barrage of advertising messages.  Innsbrook is our sanctuary. At Innsbrook, people are more likely to put down their phones and take the time to read a book outside, take a nap in a hammock by the lake, or play a board game with the family (a real board game, can you imagine?).

And the lakes, oh the lakes, there is just something innately relaxing about being on the water. The gentle lapping of water has been scientifically proven to have a calming effect on people’s heart rate, blood pressure and mood.  Not to mention that it’s also really pretty too.

What do kids like about lakes… well it’s just plain old fashioned fun! And who wouldn’t love that?
