Innsbrook Resort & Conference Center was designed to provide an environment for productive and stimulating conferences in cooperation with nature.

More than 7,400 acres of rolling hills and 100 lakes combine to create a distraction-free setting at Innsbrook Resort and Conference Center. Located in the heart of the Midwest, Innsbrook is only 45 minutes west of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, so conferees can spend their time meeting instead of traveling.

The daily distractions of the office can make it difficult to gain focus in a meeting. When you bring your meeting to Innsbrook, the peaceful environment allows your group to focus on the tasks at hand.

Our conference rooms are designed to provide quiet, comfortable, productive settings to help you complete your objectives. Plus, break-out rooms and decks give conferences the opportunity to divide into smaller groups for brainstorming.

Some conferees like to take advantage of our beautiful natural setting by coordinating all or part of their meetings outdoors: on the pool deck, on the grassy hill overlooking the lake, and more!

Complete Meeting Plan
Innsbrook’s pricing structure is based on the Complete Meeting Package (CMP), an all inclusive rate. The Complete Meeting Package includes overnight accommodations, breakfast, lunch and dinner, a meeting room set with paper, pens, pencils, water pitchers, glasses and candies, community coffee breaks with snacks, and complimentary use of the fitness center. We offer standard audiovisual equipment and wireless internet access. The per person rate, which includes all applicable gratuities, depends on the type of overnight accommodations and is pro-rated according to your agenda.

Single occupancy: one person per bedroom.
Double occupancy: two persons per bedroom.
Plush condo: two bedrooms share a common bathroom.
Deluxe condo: each bedroom has a private bath.

Day meeting packages without overnight accommodations are also available, as well as half-day meetings with recreation.

Accommodations

Time to relax.

The condominiums are located on the shores of 150-acre Lake Aspen. Each is uniquely decorated and equipped with a living and dining area, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and supplies, fireplace, outdoor deck, air-conditioning, cable television, phones with data ports and complimentary parking.

The Plush and Deluxe units are two-story townhouses. In the Plush units, two bedrooms share a bath. Each bedroom in the Deluxe units has a private bath.

Our resort accommodations make overnight and multi-day conferences a retreat from the hectic business world!

Food Service

Time for a good meal.

Innsbrook Resort & Conference Center offers first-class food service. Whether your conference is looking for a five-course gourmet meal or a theme dinner, our staff is ready to serve. Be it lakeside, at the pool deck, or in our Foxfire Lounge, the experienced food service associates at Innsbrook are well-versed in serving parties in unique locations.

Theme dinners are one of our specialties. Our barbecue buffet with hayride is one of our most popular theme dinner options. Your group can gather at the Innsbrook Stables for a traditional barbecue, then load up the wagon for a horse-drawn hayride. As evening approaches, a bonfire is the perfect place to gather together for camaraderie and toasted marshmallows! At Innsbrook, meetings are about building relationships that naturally strengthen your business.
