The villas at Eagle Bend afford owners an eagle's-eye view of Innsbrook's 18th fairway, giving them the feeling of having their own golf course in their back yard. All 10 of the Eagle Bend Villas are complete and overlook the championship golf course. They afford nice views of the surrounding lakes as well. Currently, there are three display models complete. Our featured model is fully furnished and was decorated by St. Louis designer Judy Batch. The remaining villas will be finished to the buyers' specifications regarding inside color selections and decor.

All villas are wired into the Innsbrook Security System, which is monitored 24 hours a day, so properties are secure when owners are here and when they're away. In addition, Innsbrook is a gated community with 24-hour roving patrol.
