Introduction to Mindfulness

We live in a very hectic world that can easily create a feeling of being overwhelmed or disconnected. Do you ever feel distracted, fragmented or just stressed? All of these things can cause sleep disruption and fatigue and interfere with being fully aware of each moment that we want to experience and enjoy.
Join Janice Anderson to learn mindfulness, a technique you can utilize when any of these situations arise in your daily life to create and recognize a sense of well-being. It has been well-documented in science and medicine that our physical health and well-being is directly connected to our thoughts, emotions and feelings – all of which are influenced by you.
This event is an introduction to a five-week class and free to attend, but registration is required. The class will be held each Tuesday from October 23 to November 20. Should you want to join the class after the introduction, the cost is $20 before October 26 and $25 after that time.
