Celebrate Valentine’s Day at our charming Valentine Bistro. The bar opens at 5:30 p.m. and dinner reservations are available from 6 to 9 p.m. Dine on champagne-poached salmon and shrimp or delicious herb-roasted chicken breast while romantic live music from a harpist plays. Cozy up to your sweetheart on an enchanting 20-minute carriage ride, complete with warm blankets, for $30 per couple from 5 to 8 p.m. Unwind after dinner and warm up by the fire with a cup of hot chocolate or a cordial.

Charred romaine tossed with honey-spiked apple fritter croutons, toasted pecans, bell pepper, warm apple cider vinaigrette and topped with shaved cheddar cheese

Pan-seared duck with cherry relish and sage jus, served over beet root mash and sautéed Swiss chard
