14 Fitness Center Break a sweat and meet your fitness goals at Innsbrooks brand new fitness center. You asked and we listened designing our new fitness center to meet the needs and expectations our property owners addressed to us. This will be the only fitness center at Innsbrook the building behind the Aspen Center that housed the previous fitness center will soon be repurposed. Fitness Classes It can be difficult to maintain a fitness routine on the weekendsyoure at your lake house your schedules off and your eating habits change. Whether youre only with us in your vacation cabin on the weekends or you live in Innsbrook year-roundwe want to help you maintain your health and fitness goals Based on property owner feedback and input our staff has come up with the following menu of classes for 2016. We will continue to evaluate fitness class options seasonally to make sure we continue to offer the options that are most in demand. Water Fitness Strength and aerobics class in the pool. Great for all levels. Very low impact and nice for those with limited abilitymovement. Zumba A fun dance aerobic workout with a Zumba Certified instructor. Boot Camp High-energy strength and cardio class using body weight kettlebells balls bands and more. Strength Stretch Ages 50 Functional strength and stretch class great for all abilities with a focus for those 50 years of age and older. Yoga Yoga class format is dependent upon the instructor. Appropriate for all levels. Swim Lessons Individual swimming classes for beginners to master swimmers triathletes and fitness swimmers. Meet Your Fitness Manager Sally Drake Sally Drake is the fitness manager for the new fitness center at Charrette Creek Commons. She has recruited specialty instructors for our class offerings and has built a class schedule based on property owner needs and preferences. As an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer Sally has worked with adults of all ages and abilities to build healthy lifestyle habits in exercise and nutrition. Her specialty is functional strength helping people become strong and more flexible in daily life and movement or for a specific sport. Sally is a Level II USA Triathlon Certified Coach and has been coaching endurance athletes since 2006. Sally coaches all ages currently 16-75 years of age and levels of multi-sport athletes from all over the U.S. Her passion is bringing new people into the sport and watching their lives change.
