20 An Updated IBK To be successful you must stay true to what works while at the same time be willing to change and grow. Innsbrook is proud to be part of a family tradition that passes from generation to generation. We are also proud to recognize when some components need to updated. We developed permanent residences when people wanted to live at Innsbrook year-round. We created a cottage community as an in-between option for those who were still commuting to the city. We built up our event program and amenities to answer the call for more organized fun as the dynamics of the community changed. Now we are unveiling a refreshed version of the Innsbrook logo one that we feel best represents what the Innsbrook community is today. We know the logo means a lot to our property ownersand now it can be even more meaningful as it harkens back to our humble beginnings while more strongly resonating with newer owners. This logo reflects the youthful exuberance that the natural playground we live in brings out in each of us. We hope you like it as much as we do New Car Sticker Technology Making Life Easier for Owners The new Innsbrook car stickers containing RFID technology should have arrived to your home by now as they were mailed out in mid-April. If you havent received your stickers yet call Karen at ext. 9180. These new stickers will signal unmanned gates to open as your car approaches. The unmanned property owner-only gate at the Main Entrance was the first to receive the new technology with the West Gate next on the agenda. With those two more heavily trafficked gates online Innsbrook is allowing some time for testing of the stickers in case there are any unanticipated issues. When we are confident everything is working as it should be the RFID stickers will be ready for use at the remaining unmanned gates in short order. Until that point you may still use your existing key cards at the unmanned gates. We will notify you when the key cards will be turned offplease watch the Village Views for details. Lastly these stickers do not need to be replaced each yearonly if you get a new vehicle or need to replace a windshield. Trying to remove the sticker will disable the RFID chip. You will need to contact us in the event you sell or trade in a vehicle so we can deactivate that car sticker. news NOTES
