Innsbrook Building Permits
Some exterior maintenance at Innsbrook -- like installing a satellite dish, changing stain color, painting or remodeling -- requires a building permit. We encourage you to click on the following links download the individual guidelines:

2010 IBK Phone Book
We are implementing a new system for accepting entries into our 2010 Property Owner Phone Book. To be in the upcoming book, you MUST fill out a form (it was included on your 2009-2010 assessment form). To appear in the 2010 book, property owners must request to be in it — there are no “pick-ups” from last year’s book. Have a question or need a form? Call ext. 180 or Click here to download a form. Safe Drinking Water Act
The Safe Drinking Water Act requires that water systems issue an annual “Consumer Confidence” report to customers. This report details where your water comes from, what it contains and the risks our testing and treatment are designed to prevent. These reports will not be mailed individually, but are available at the Real Estate Office, Conference Center Front Desk, Property Management Building and Main Gate. Boat Registration Form
Property owners must purchase boat stickers ($5 each) for each boat they have at Innsbrook (canoes, paddleboats, jonboats, sailboats, etc.). Click here for a registration form, which can be mailed with payment to Innsbrook, or stop by the Property Management Office.

Registration for Guests
When you invite a guest to Innsbrook, please remember to fill out a guest authorization form at the front gate or downloaded from the Innsbrook website. You may also call the front gate in the event you aren't able to drop the form off. Please be sure you leave all the relevant information including your name, lot and phone numbers as well as the guest's name and the duration of their visit. Recycling List
Here's a list of what's recyclable in our Innsbrook Recycling Program:

All cans
Paper, milk and juice cartons
Green, clear and brown glass bottles and jars
All paper that tears
Cardboard and paper boxes
Paperback books
Any plastic that has a recycle symbol

NOTE: No window glass, dinnerware, ceramics, or #6 plastics (styrofoam) please. Remove paperclips and staples from paper. All jars/bottles/cans must be rinsed and labels removed. Recyclables can be comingled; there's no need to separate items.
