Phone Directory
Phone Directories will be available for pickup at the Information Office at Charrette Creek Commons each year in early March. You must sign up each year to be listed. Questions? Registration for Guests - ONLINE Form
When you invite a guest to Innsbrook, please remember to fill out a guest authorization form AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE at the main gate or click here to fill out an online form. 

Innsbrook Building Permits

  • Innsbrook Owner Association Permit Application: Required for any/all modifications to the exterior of the home or chalet (ex: installation of a satellite dish, retaining walls, beach areas or fire pits, changing stain color, changing paint colors, etc.) Download the permit form
  • Village of Innsbrook Permit Application: Required, in addition to IOA application above, when adding on useable square footage (ex: sheds, docks, decks, home additions, etc.) Download the permit form.
  • IBK Contractors Agreement: Outside contractors hired by the homeowner to do work inside of Innsbrook are required to fill out a Contractors Agreement. Download the contractors agreement.
  • Permit Waiver: A signed copy of the permit waiver must be submitted by the homeowner only if the hired outside contractor is not able to provide proof of insurance. Download the permit waiver.

Car Stickers

All property owner vehicles are required to have car stickers. These stickers are for owners and immediate family only. They are not intended for friends or employees. These stickers never expire and will only be deactivated if you sell your Innsbrook property or they are misused.

Car stickers can be purchased for $15 each. Stop by our office at the Charrette Creek Commons or fill out this form: Property Owner Car Sticker Request Form. Mail the form to 596 Aspen Way Drive, Innsbrook, MO, 63390, or email it to information@innsbrook-resort.com. In the office, we accept cash, card, or checks. If $20 or more, you can charge it to your lot.

Recreational Vehicles and Boat Registration 

All property owner recreational vehicles and boats are required to have stickers. Stop by the Charrette Creek Commons to purchase recreation stickers for $5 each. They do not expire as long as the number is legible. A car sticker will also need to be purchased for golf carts/UTVs if they are to be driven through Innsbrook gates.

Short-Term Rental Permit Application/Form & Short-Term Rental Rules/Indentures

All property owners wanting to rent their Innsbrook properties out as short-term or vacation rentals must fill out this application/permit for each applicable property. $275 permit fee per year is non-refundable and is due each year. Fill out the form online here. DNI will send you a bill and then bill you annually along with your assessments.
