Bade Promoted to General Manager of Food & Beverage

INNSBROOK, MO (November 15, 2022) - Innsbrook is pleased to announce the appointment of Amber Bade to the position of Hospitality General Manager. In this new capacity, Bade will be responsible for the management and oversight of operations of the Aspen Center, Clubhouse Bar & Grille, Summerhaus, and the new Market Café & Creamery. This is an expanded role from her previous job as Aspen Center Director.

Since first joining Innsbrook in 2016 as an intern, she has worked in a variety of capacities within the Food & Beverage division – including experience in restaurant services, venue management, and directing Food & Beverage efforts.

The hospitality division at Innsbrook has had many accomplishments and a few challenges over the years, and like many in the food and beverage industry, is still dealing with issues related to the pandemic in 2020-2021. “Supply chain shortages, rising costs, and staffing continue to be challenging for us. However, as we navigate, we’ll take actionable steps to provide excellent dining and event experiences for our customers consistently.” She also plans to offer consistent and professional communication to her staff as well as to the public. “Innsbrook is such a lasting legacy of family and friends and I look forward to leading our hospitality team with the positive momentum we’ve worked hard to build,“ she added.

Outside of her role as Innsbrook’s Hospitality General Manager, she volunteers her food & beverage expertise and leadership to Sky Wars, an annual fireworks competition in Wright City. She is also a wife, and mother to two children, and holds two degrees from East Central College.
