Experience the serene beauty of a Midwestern fall as you tour select distinctive properties at Innsbrook, a recreational lake community less than an hour west of St. Louis. Members of the public are invited to attend Innsbrook’s annual Fall Home Tour on Saturday, October 7 from noon to 4 p.m.
Innsbrook is known for its rustic and refined A-frame chalets, most of which are located on the shores of the community’s more than 100 scenic lakes. Tour stops include a rustic chalet retreat, a cottage nestled on a wooded hilltop and show-stopping custom homes on 236-acre Alpine Lake, one of which will offer guests wine and cheese as they wander the property and enjoy the lake views. Visitors will be inspired by each property’s layout and décor, which varies from rustic and woodsy to contemporary and clean.
Innsbrook’s quirky 23-miles-per-hour speed limit means you can leisurely enjoy the scenery, including stunning fall foliage, picturesque lakes and abundant wildlife.
Preregistration is recommended, but not required. The tour is self-guided. Pick up your tour map upon check-in at Innsbrook’s Charrette Creek Commons amenity complex, choose which properties you’d like to see and drive along the route!
There will also be live music and food and beverages available for purchase, which guests can savor as they take in the unique beauty of a Midwestern autumn in the surrounding valley. Make a day of it with family and friends by touring the properties, dining at the Clubhouse Bar & Grille, Innsbrook’s on-site public restaurant, or taking a turn at the driving range at the public 18-hole championship golf course.
