Join us at the Aspen Center throughout the year for special catering samplings and coordinator meetings.
Planning your special event requires lots of time, dedication and energy. Planning the menu, decor and other details can be stressful, especially if you don't know what to expect. The venue and culinary staff at Innsbrook want to help relieve some of that stress. Engaged couples, and those planning special events at our venue are invited to sample items from our menu and get to know our staff.
Menu Sampling Events
Couples who have booked their special events at Innsbrook's Aspen Center are welcome to try our most popular menu items. We'd love to aid in the selection decision-making, and trying out Innsbrook's event menu items will help those planning their wedding or special gathering do just that. Attendees will be treated to a complimentary bottle of house wine, and a stunning view from our venue. We recommend attending the menu tasting scheduled 3-4 months before your scheduled event.
Note: Menu samplings are complimentary to those who have booked their event at Innsbrook. Guests accompanying the couple are welcome but will be charged $25.00 per person.

RSVP: Reservations are required for all couples and their guests. Any additional guests will be charged $25.00 per person.
